Juan Carlos is an Associate of the firm, specialized in labor law advice. He has extensive experience in consulting on Individual and Collective Labor Law issues: labor audits, productive decentralization processes, implementation of remuneration policies, internal corporate procedures, planning and preparation of strategies in the framework of labor negotiations and arbitration, etc.

He is the author of the book “Los arbitrajes laborales colectivos en el Perú: un enfoque teórico-práctico”, and co-author of the books “Nueva Ley Procesal del Trabajo – Análisis y Comentarios” and “Comentarios a la Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral”.
