Juan Carlos is an Associate of the firm, specialized in labor law advice. He has extensive experience in consulting on Individual and Collective Labor Law issues: labor audits, productive decentralization processes, implementation of remuneration policies, internal corporate procedures, planning and preparation of strategies in the framework of labor negotiations and arbitration, etc.
