Renato is a partner of the firm, specialized in labour and social security law, labour relations, management of collective and individual conflicts and sponsorship in judicial, arbitration and administrative labour proceedings.

He has extensive experience in preventive counseling; strategies design, policies, and protocols for the management of labour relations and conflicts; and labour audits, both with national and global companies.

He is a member of the Peruvian Society of Labour and Social Security Law.

He is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. 

Author of several academic articles on labour equality, working time, new forms of labour organization and international labour law.

He is a speaker at conferences and seminars in his area of specialization.
