Juan Carlos Girao La Rosa

Partner in the firm, specialized in legal labor consultantship.

He has ample experience in consultantship matters pertaining to individual and collective labor law: labor audits, productive decentralization processes, implementation of compensable politics, internal corporate procedures, planning and execution of strategies for negotiations, labor arbitrations, etc.

Inscribed in the Record of Arbitrators of Collective Negotiations in the Ministry of Work and Employment Promotion.

Author of the book “Collective Labor Arbitrations in Peru: a Theoretical-Practical Outlook”, co-author of the books “New Procedural Labor Law – Analysis and Comments” and “Comments on the Productivity and Competitiveness Labor Law”; and has also written different articles for newspapers and magazines specialized in Labor Law.
