I have been part of Vinatea & Toyama team since August 2011, when I joined as a pre-professional intern.

In August 2014 I started my career as an associate in the Advisory area and followed as a partner of the firm from 2024.

For me, Vinatea & Toyama has been and is a space of continuous learning, permanent collaboration and innovation, framed in values clearly defined by the firm: integrity, excellence and commitment, combination that has directly contributed to my professional development.

One of my greatest satisfactions is having gone through all the levels of the firm's career line and this has led me to internalize the importance of continuous improvement on a daily basis, only achievable with responsibility, effort and eagerness to provide quality service for our customers.

I joined the firm as a tranee in 2021. Back then, V&T was still young, with less than 50 people.

During my first years at the firm, I had the privilege of learning from the best professionals in the sector, while experiencing remarkable growth and professional development day by day. The exponential growth of the firm I have witnessed, allows me to feel an active part of its continuous evolution.

Currently as an associate in the advisory area, I value and highlight the effort and dedication of each member of V&T team. The specialized experience in various areas has been fundamental to achieve the results that stand out in the current market. In addition, I highlight the human quality that defines each individual at V&T, which fosters a strong team spirit throughout the firm.

Ingresé a la firma en mayo del 2021, como Jefa de Marketing. En el 2023 tuve la oportunidad de ascender y asumir el nuevo rol de Sub Gerente de Marketing & Comunicaciones.
