In August 2014, I began my career track as an associate in the Advisory practice, and I have been a partner at the firm since 2024.

For me, Vinatea & Toyama has been and continues to be a place of continuous learning, constant collaboration, and innovation, grounded in the firm's clearly defined values: integrity, excellence, and commitment. That combination has directly contributed to my professional growth.

One of my greatest satisfactions is having advanced through every level of the firm's career track. This has led me to internalize the importance of continuous improvement in my day-to-day work—improvement that can only be achieved through responsibility, hard work, and a genuine desire to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

During my first years at the firm, I had the privilege of learning from the best professionals in the field while experiencing remarkable professional growth and development every day. Witnessing the firm's exponential growth made me feel like an active part of its ongoing evolution.

Today, as an associate in the Advisory practice, I value and recognize the effort and dedication of every member of the V&T team. Their specialized expertise across multiple areas has been key to achieving the results that set us apart in today's market. I also want to highlight the human qualities that define each person at V&T, which foster a strong sense of camaraderie throughout the firm.
